Its platform includes grading and authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings that allow collectors to build and display their collections in personalized online showrooms from anywhere in the world.

About the Role

Arena Club is seeking a Social Media Admin to manage the daily design and publishing of content across Instagram, X, and TikTok.

This is a hands-on production position involving social graphic design, content scheduling and publishing through Sprout Social, and maintaining consistently active, on-brand social feeds. You will work closely with the marketing team while also working independently and managing your own workflow.

What You Will Do

• Create a consistent stream of social graphics each week for Instagram, X, and TikTok, including static posts, story templates, carousels, and light motion or video content when required.

• Schedule and publish content daily to keep social channels active and consistent.

• Engage regularly with the audience through comments and across social accounts to build and grow the community.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social platforms.

• Quickly adapt templates for breaking moments such as product drops, standout pulls, and community highlights.

• Monitor content performance through Sprout Social and identify what is resonating with the audience.

• Work with the marketing team on weekly content calendars and campaign planning.

• Stay up to date with trading card culture, sports moments, and relevant social media trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing social media content, preferably within a brand or agency environment.

• Familiarity with basic motion design tools such as CapCut, After Effects, or similar software for TikTok content.

• Hands-on experience using Sprout Social, or the ability to learn the platform quickly.

• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and content specifications.

• Reliable and communicative, with the ability to independently meet deadlines consistently.

• Genuine interest in trading cards, sports, or collectibles.

Contract Details

• Initial Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend or expand the scope based on performance.

• Hours: 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

• Work Setup: Fully remote.

• Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience.

• Salary Range: $50–$80 USD.

The listed compensation range is a guideline. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and the impact you bring. Total compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity.
