Position Overview

As an important part of our mission, you will assist clients and guide and support them throughout their journey with the company. This is a service-focused position rather than a sales role. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients feel heard, valued, supported, and understood throughout every stage of their experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional client experiences at every point of interaction.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within the company's CRM.

• Demonstrating an ability to understand medical records, billing, and filing processes.

• Supporting the smooth handling of documents, processes, and strategies designed to help clients succeed.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve and strengthen service offerings.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Experience with medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and a proven record of excellent follow-up.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Education & Experience

While a high school diploma or equivalent is welcome, Global TekMed Holdings places strong importance on character and attitude. Applicants should be able to read and write in English, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and provide passionate service every day.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to spend prolonged periods standing or sitting at a desk while working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• Must be available to work weekends.
