What the Role Involves

• Answering inbound customer calls and providing support for instructional, question-and-answer, and general service issues
• Diagnosing problems and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions using Netfor's knowledge base
• Processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to company procedures
• Clearly documenting each issue and its resolution in the ticketing system
• Providing feedback to the company on recurring service issues or customer concerns
• Maintaining a friendly, professional tone on every call

Who Can Apply

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay professional and composed under pressure
• Comfortable following knowledge-base scripts and procedures without deviation
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute while talking
• Microsoft Office familiarity is a plus

Equipment requirement: Applicants must own a personal Windows 10 desktop or laptop meeting these minimum specs — Mac, tablets, Chromebooks, and Android devices are not accepted:

Pay and Contract Details

• Pay: From $16 per hour, depending on experience, technical aptitude, and typing skills

• Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday during training (2–3 weeks); weekend shifts required after training, as Netfor operates 24/7
• Work location: 100% remote (work from home)
