Centivo Values:
-
Resilient — This is challenging work, and there is no easy solution to healthcare affordability. Fortunately, our mission makes the effort worthwhile and motivates us when things become difficult. Being resilient means embracing challenges, following through on commitments, and not avoiding something simply because it is hard.
-
Uncommon — The status quo is not working, which is why we are building something better. We recognize that the healthcare system is not meeting the needs of members, employers, and providers, so we are creating a different approach focused on simplicity and efficiency. Being uncommon means simplifying complexity, prioritizing efficiency over bureaucracy, and being willing to address difficult conversations.
-
Positive — We care about one another. Doing challenging work and building something better requires energy, resilience, and an uncommon approach. We recognize others, give credit where it is deserved, and focus on solutions instead of dwelling on problems. We take care of ourselves so that we can support each other.
