Eclectic Care Ltd is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Worker to join its growing team in Maidstone and surrounding areas.
Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship Available for Eligible Candidates
This rewarding community-based position involves delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support a diverse range of clients, including older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with physical disabilities, those with long-term health conditions, and people who need assistance with daily living activities. Every day brings different experiences and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care based on each client's individual needs, preferences, and care plan.

Assist clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support clients with mobility and transfers while encouraging independence wherever possible.

Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies, procedures, and relevant training.

Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating and drinking when required.

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and help reduce social isolation.

Assist with light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Support clients with shopping, appointments, and participation in community activities.

Monitor clients and report any changes in their physical or mental wellbeing.

Keep accurate care records and documentation.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection prevention, and company policies at all times.
Essential Requirements

A caring, compassionate, and patient approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

A full UK driving licence.

Access to a reliable vehicle, as the role requires travel between clients' homes throughout the working day.

Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable Requirements
-
Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, healthcare, or support work.
-
Experience supporting people living with dementia or other complex care needs.
-
A Health and Social Care qualification.
-
Medication administration training.
-
First Aid certification.
