The company is currently hiring a Junior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional bilingual customer support for global clients. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle routine inquiries, provide administrative support, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver an excellent customer experience through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account updates, general questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members when necessary.

Administrative Support

• Follow up on customer requests and pending communications.
• Send routine reminders and updates to clients when required.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information in internal databases and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information needed to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the customer service team.

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in administration, customer service, or virtual assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Quiet home office suitable for remote work.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of:

• Backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
