Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Developing strategies to improve guest experiences, services, and amenities.
• Managing recruitment, staff training, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitoring financial performance and managing hotel budgets.

• Addressing guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Supervising employees across multiple hotel departments.

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
