What Makes This Care Assistant Role Different?
Care professionals are assigned regular clients and regular visit times, allowing them to develop genuine relationships with the people they support.

Care professionals are also introduced to their clients beforehand, helping create a comfortable experience for everyone involved.
With minimum 1-hour visits, there is enough time to provide meaningful support, companionship, and personalised care.
